Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 350 gms chicken mince
  2. 400 Methi leaves washed and chopped
  3. 1/2 cup fresh cream
  4. 2 tbsp beaten curd
  5. 1 tsp red chilli.powder
  6. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  7. 1 tsp cumin powder
  8. 1 tsp Gram Masala Powder
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves powder
  11. 1 tbsp oil
  12. 4 lasagne sheets
  13. 1cup Grated processed cheese
  14. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  15. 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 TBSP OIL & 2 TBSP BUTTER.
  2. ADD 1 CUP CHOPPED ONION & 1/2 TSP CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI. SAUTE.
  3. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER, 1 TSP CUMIN POWDER, 1 TSP GARAM MASALA, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC & SALT TO TASTE. ADD 1 TSP POWDERED FENUGREEK LEAVES.
  4. ONCE COOKED, ADD 350 GMS MINCED CHICKEN. MIX.
  5. ADD 1/2 CUP CHOPPED SPRING ONION. MIX AND COOK.
  6. SQUEEZE WATER FROM 400 GMS METHI LEAVES.
  7. COOK AND MIX WELL.
  8. ADD 2 TSP BEATEN CURD & 1/2 CUP FRESH CREAM. COOK FOR 5 MINS.
  9. ADD 1 CUP GRATED PROCESSED CHEESE. LET MELT. MIX WELL.
  10. ARRANGE LASAGNE SHEET IN A GREASED BAKING DISH.
  11. ADD CHEESE AND CHICKEN METHI MIXTURE ON LASAGNE SHEET.
  12. ALTERNATE LAYERS OF LASAGNE SHEET WITH THE METHI CHICKEN MIXTURE.
  13. TOP WITH 1/2 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE.
  14. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 C FOR 15 MINS. INCREASE TEMPERATURE TO 210 C & BAKE FOR 7-8 MINS.
  15. SERVE HOT.
