ABOUT Snake guard dumplings RECIPE

This recipe is one of my favourite recipe, so easy to make and very delicious to eat. Follow this easy recipe to make these snacks at home.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Snake guard 1 or 1 cup [chopped]
  2. Bengal gram 1/2 cup
  3. Small Coconut pieces 4
  4. Onions [small shallots] 5
  5. Ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  6. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Garam masala powder 1/4 th teaspoon

Instructions

  1. TAKE CHOPPED SNAKE GUARD AND ADD SALT , MIX WELL
  2. KEEP ASIDE FOR 10 MINUTES
  3. SOAK THE BENGAL GRAM FOR 1 HOUR
  4. DARIN THE EXCESS WATER FROM THE CHOPPED SNAKE GOURDS.
  5. SQUEEZE THE GUARDS UNTIL DRY
  6. DRY THEM WELL USING KITCHEN TOWEL.
  7. TAKE MIXER JAR, ADD BENGAL GRAM WITHOUT ADDING ANY EXCESS WATER.
  8. ADD COCONUT PIECES
  9. ADD ONIONS
  10. ADD GINGER AND GARLIC
  11. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER
  12. ADD GARAM MASALA POWDER AND GRIND THEM COARSELY.
  13. ADD THE SNAKE GOURD.
  14. ADD SALT AS PER TASTE.
  15. COARSELY GRIND THE INGREDIENTS AND TRANSFER THE MIXTURE INTO A BOWL
  16. ADD CORNFLOUR
  17. MAKE A SMALL EQUAL BALLS
  18. HEAT OIL IN A WOK AND PUT THE DUMPLINGS
  19. COOK ON LOW FLAME AND UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  20. DUMPLINGS ARE READY SO TAKE OUT THE DUMPLINGS
  21. THEY ARE READY TO BE SERVED WITH SOME SAUCE ON THE SIDE.
