When tikkis are to be made in the most healthiest way and served too in a most healthiest way to kids. Tikis are mostly had with tomatoe sauce but serving it with dates, coriander coconut chutney makes it all the more delicious. Kids love anything transformed to chat.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled and coarsely mashed kabuli Chana - 2 cups
  2. Potatoes - 2 boiled and mashed
  3. Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
  4. Cloves powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Green chillies - 2 chopped
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Juice of half lemon
  8. Ginger chopped - 1 tsp
  9. Spring onions chopped- 3 tbsps

Instructions

  1. 2CUPS BOILED COARSELY MASHED KABULI CHANA2 BOILED POTATOES MASHED 1/2 TSP CLOVE POWDER1 TBSP PEPPER
  2. 1 TSP CHOPPED GINGER 3 TBSPS SPRING ONIONS 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES BUNCH OF CORIANDER CHOPPED
  3. 1 TSP SALT JUICE OF HALF LEMON MIX WELL
  4. MAKE TIKKIS AND KEEP
  5. SHALLOW FRY WITH OIL ON ONE SIDE PROPERLY THEN TURN TO THE OTHER SIDE
  6. SERVE WITH DATES CHUTNEY AND CORIANDER COCONUT CHUTNEY
