Wheat flour-1.5 cups
Milk-1/4 cup+1 tbsp
Sugar-1 tbsp
Dry active yeast-3/4 tbsp
Salt-3/4 tsp
Olive oil-2 tbsp
water-1/3 cup
Sesame seeds-1 tbsp
For stuffing:-
Capsicum-1/4 cup, chopped
Sweet corn-1/4 cup
Tomatoes-1/4 cup, chopped
Onion-1/4 cup, chopped
Olives-2 tbsp, chopped
Cheese - 2 cubes, grated
Oregano-1 tbsp
Chili flakes-1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Butter for brushing the buns
Instructions
MIX 1 TBSP SUGAR IN 1/4 CUP WARM MILK
ADD 3/4 TBSP YEAST, MIX , COVER AND KEEP ASIDE FOR 10 MINS
ADD 3/4 TSP SALT, 2 TBSP OIL IN 1.5 CUPS FLOUR
ADD ACTIVATED YEAST TO FLOUR AND MIX WELL
ADD WATER AS REQUIRED AND KNEAD SOFT SMOOTH DOUGH
COVER AND KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 1.5 HOURS
TAKE 1/2 CUP EACH OF TOMATOES, ONIONS, CAPSICUM , CORN
ADD 1 TBSP OLIVES , 2 TBSP PIZZA SAUCE
ADD 1 CUP GRATED CHEESE, MIX WELL
ADD SALT, OREGANO , CHILLI FLAKES AND TOSS WELL
DEFLATE THE DOUGH
MAKE A LOG, CUT LOG INTO 6 EQUAL PIECES, SHAPE THEM INTO BALLS
GENTLY PRESS AND MAKE A HOLLOW AT THE CENTER
FILL 1- 2 TSP STUFFING , GATHER THE EDGES , SEAL TIGHTLY AND SHAPE INTO A BALL
PLACE STUFFED BALLS ON A GREASED BAKING DISH, GIVE A MILK WASH
SPRINKLE SESAME SEEDS ON TOP, COVER AND KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 30 MINS
BAKE FOR 18 -20 MINUTES IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON TOP. SERVE WARM WITH KETCHUP
