Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup oats flour
  2. 2 cups Maida
  3. Yeast 2 tsp
  4. Sugar 2 tbsp
  5. Milk 1 cup
  6. 1 egg
  7. Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
  8. 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  9. Sprigs Spice powder - 1 tbsp
  10. 1 tbsp Flax seeds
  11. 1 tbsp Onion seeds

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS-MILK 1 CUP, YEAST 2 TSP,SUGAR 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR , 1 CUP OATS FLOUR, 1 CUP MAIDA FLOUR,OIL 3 TO 4 TBSP,1 EGG AND FLAX SEEDS AND ONION SEEDS FOR TOPPING
  2. ADD YEAST, HALF OF SUGAR AND LITTLE MILK AND WHISK TOGETHER WELL
  3. LET IT RISE FOR 5 TO 10 MINS.
  4. IN A BOWL, ADD FLOURS , OIL, EGG AND THE YEAST MIXTURE
  5. ADD MILK AND KEEP KNEADING TO FORM A STICKY DOUGH
  6. ADD 2 TBSP OIL AND KEEP KNEADING FOR 10 TO 12 MINS.
  7. COAT DOUGH WITH OIL. REST IN WARM PLACE FOR 1-2 HOURS
  8. GENTLY DEFLATE DOUGH AND MAKE SMALL BALLS OF DOUGH
  9. PLACE THEM ON TRAY LEAVING SPACE IN BETWEEN
  10. BRUSH BALLS WITH EGG OR MILK
  11. SPRINKLE FLAX SEEDS
  12. SPRINKLE ONION SEEDS AS WELL. REST BALLS FOR 30 MINS.
  13. SPRINKLE SPRIGS SPICE POWDER ON TOP
  14. REST FOR 30 MINS
  15. BAKE THEM IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 FOR 20 MINS OR TILL THEY TURN GOLDEN BROWN. SERVE WARM
