Lonavala chikkis are the most delicious and famous chikkis. Here I've tried my version of such chikkis with some mixed dry fruits like cashew, pista, almonds and khus khus. Make these Wonderful energy boosters for your kids. Let them munch on whenever they like to as it's a healthy, high fiber, rich in proteins, minerals. It is a complete pack of essential nutrients on whole.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sugar - 1 cup
  2. Mixed nuts - 1/2 cup
  3. Khus khus - 2 tbsp
  4. Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 CUP SUGAR IN A PAN AND CARAMELIZE WITHOUT STIRRING
  2. ADD LEMON JUICE AND SWITCH OFF . STIR INSTANTLY
  3. ADD THE MIXED NUTS AND KHUS KHUS AND MIX WELL
  4. POUR MIXTURE ON GREASED PLATE, ROLL WITH A GREASED ROLLING PIN. ALLOW TO COOL FOR 10 MINUTES. BREAK INTO PIECES AND SERVE
