Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Noodles 1 packet
  2. Cucumber 1/2 diced
  3. Tomato 1 diced
  4. Pomegranate 2 tbsp
  5. Bhujia sev 2 tbsp
  6. Cornflakes mixture 2 tbsp
  7. Cashew 1 tbsp
  8. Rasin 2 tbsp
  9. Maggie masala 1 packet
  10. Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. CRUSH 1 PACKET NOODLES
  2. DRY ROAST THE NOODLES TILL THEY TURN GOLDEN BROWN, KEEP ASIDE
  3. FRY 1 TBSP CASHEWS & 2 TBSP RASINS IN 1 TSP GHEE
  4. MIX 2 TBSP TOMATO KETCHUP & 1 PACKET MAGGIE MASALA
  5. ADD 1 TOMATO & 1/2 CUCUMBER
  6. ADD SALT TO TASTE, MIX
  7. ADD ROASTED NOODLES
  8. TOP WITH 2 TBSP EACH OF SEV & CORNFLAKES
  9. GARNISH WITH A HANDFUL OF CASHEWS, RASINS & POMEGRANATES AND SERVE
