Instructions
WASH RICE 1 CUP PUT IN COOKER. ADD 2CUP WATER. PUT I CUP SOAKED GREEN PIECE. AND SALT 3/4SPOON.OIL I SPOON. CLOSE THE LID AND LET IT BE BOIL. TILL 3 VESSEL . IT SHOULDN'T STICKY.
NOW TAKE RIDGE GOURD. WASH AND REMOVE THE PEAL. BOIL ONE CUP WATER PUT 2PETALS OF TAMARIND AND PEAL OF RIDGE GOURD PUT 1/4SPOON SALT AND 1TABLE SPOON JAGGERY LET IT BE BOIL 5 MINUTES IN SMALL FLAME.
NOW TAKE PAN PUT 2 SPOON OILLET IT BE HEAT ADD THE MASALA ITEMS. FIRST GARLIC THEN URDU CORIANDER SEEDS CUMIN CHILLY AND AT THE END TURMERIC POWDER.
FRY IN MEDIUM FLAME WHEN THE GOOD SMELL COMES SWITCH OF AND ADD CURRY LEAVES. STIR WELL.
PUT THE FRIED MASALA ITEMS IN MIXIGE JAR. ADD GRATED A CUP COCONUT ALSO
NOW ADD BOILED RIDGE GOURD PEAL ITEMS LET IT BE COOL 3 MINUTES GRAIN NICELY
AGAIN HEAT THE PAN PUT 5 SPOON OIL SOME CASHEW NUT AND CHOPPED I ONION FRY IT TILL GOLDEN BROWN THEN ADD RIDGE GOURD CHOPPED PIECES. FRY TILL IT SOFT
WHEN IT IS SMOOTH ADD MASALA CHUTNEY STIR WELL
NOW TAKE BOILED RICE AND GREEN PIECE MIX WELL WITH MASALA. SERVE IN HOT
