Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paprika piwder.1teaspoon.
  2. Red chilly powder 1tea spoon.
  3. Olive oil 1table spoon.
  4. Lemon juice 1tea spoon.
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Garam masala powder 1tea spoon .
  7. Chilli flakes 1/2tea spoon.
  8. Honey 1table spoon.
  9. Tomato sauce 1table spoon.
  10. Sesame seeds 1tea spoon.
  11. Boneless chicken 200gm.
  12. Pomegranate juice 1/2cup.
  13. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. TAKE 200 GMS BONELESS CHICKEN CUT INTO THIN STRIPS
  2. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI POWDER, GARLIC POWDER & LEMON JUICE IN A BOWL
  3. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF GARAM MASALA POWDER & SALT
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI FLAKES, 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL, MIX WELL
  5. COAT THE CHICKEN PIECES WITH THIS MARINADE
  6. SET ASIDE FOR 30 MINS
  7. FIX THE CHICKEN INTO SKEWERS LIKE THIS
  8. GET ALL THE SKEWERS READY
  9. GREASE A HOT NONSTICK TAVA WITH SOME BUTTER, PLACE THE CHICKEN SKEWERS
  10. GRILL ON LOW HEAT
  11. FLIP & GRILL TILL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES
  12. HEAT 1/2 CUP POMEGRANATE JUICE IN A PAN
  13. ADD 1 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE
  14. ADD 1 TSP HONEY, MIX WELL & COOK FOR 1 MINUTE
  15. POUR THIS MIXTURE OVER THE GRILLED CHICKEN SKEWERS
  16. COAT WELL & SPRINKLE SOME SESAME SEEDS ON TOP
  17. SERVE HOT
