Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One and half cup oats
  2. 1/4 cup peanut butter
  3. 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  4. Half cup banana puree
  5. Half cup apple puree
  6. Half cup honey
  7. 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  8. Half teaspoon salt
  9. Half cup almond powder
  10. Half cup flaxseed powder
  11. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1.5 CUPS OATS, ADD 1/2 CUP FLAX SEED POWDER
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP ALMOND POWDER, 1/2 TSP SALT, 1 TSP CINNAMON POWDER, MIX & SET ASIDE THE DRY INGREDIENTS
  3. TAKE 1 TBSP SUNDROP PEANUT BUTTER
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP EACH OF BANANA PUREE & HONEY
  5. ADD 1/2 CUP APPLE PUREE, 1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE, MIX THE WET INGREDIENTS
  6. ADD THE DRY INGREDIENTS, MIX WELL
  7. ADD THE READY BATTER TO A RECTANGULAR BAKING TIN LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER
  8. SPREAD IT EVENLY LIKE THIS
  9. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN FOR 140 DEGREES FOR 20 MINS
  10. REMOVE FROM THE OVEN, SPREAD SOME MORE SUNDROP PEANUT BUTTER ON TOP
  11. BAKE AGAIN FOR 10 MINS
  12. COOL TO ROOM TEMPERATURE, THEN REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINS
  13. CUT INTO TRIANGLES
  14. SERVE THE TRIANGLES FOR BREAKFAST, TRY THEM, THEY'RE YUM
