Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pao bread one packet
  2. Butter two table spoon
  3. Onion two finely chopped
  4. Carrot one finely chopped
  5. Capsicum one finely chopped
  6. Sweet corn one cup boiled
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oregano half tea spoon
  9. Chili flacks half tea spoon
  10. Tomato sauce two table spoon
  11. Mayonnaise two table spoon
  12. Cheese cubes three

Instructions

  1. MELT 2 TBSP BUTTER, ADD 2 FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS, SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE
  2. ADD 1 FINELY CHOPPED CARROT, SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE
  3. ADD 1 FINELY CHOPPED CAPSICUM, SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1/2 TSP EACH OF OREGANO & RED CHILLI FLAKES
  5. ADD 2 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE, MIX WELL & TAKE OFF HEAT
  6. SLICE PAO LOAVES INTO NEAT HALVES, PLACE IN A MICROWAVE PROOF BOWL
  7. ADD THE READY VEGETABLES MIX ON TOP
  8. SPREAD WELL & LAYER WITH THE OTHER PAO HALF
  9. AGAIN SPREAD SOME VEGETABLE MIX & COVER
  10. ADD 3 GRATED CUBES OF CHEESE, SPREAD ON TOP
  11. BAKE IN A PREHEATED MICROWAVE OVEN ON CONVECTION MODE AT 180 DEGREES FOR 10-15 MINS
  12. ONE POT CHEESY PAO IS READY TO SERVE, TRY IT, IT'S YUM
  13. SLICE & SERVE HOT
