Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole wheat flour 3 cup
  2. All purpose flour one cup
  3. Oil three table spoon
  4. Half tea spoon baking soda
  5. Half tea spoon baking powder
  6. Water as required
  7. Butter one table spoon
  8. Garlic one tea spoon crushed
  9. Green coriander one table spoon finely chopped
  10. Cheese cube 4 grated
  11. Cheese dip for serving

Instructions

  1. TAKE 3 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, ADD 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF BAKING SODA & BAKING POWDER
  3. ADD 3 TBSP OIL, MIX UNTIL CRUMBLY
  4. KNEAD INTO A SOFT DOUGH ADDING SUFFICIENT WATER
  5. GREASE THE READY DOUGH WITH SOME OIL, SET ASIDE TO REST FOR 15-20 MINS
  6. TAKE 1 TBSP MELTED BUTTER, ADD 1 TSP CRUSHED GARLIC
  7. ADD 1 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, MIX & SET ASIDE
  8. TAKE A SMALL BALL OF DOUGH, ROLL OUT TO MAKE A 1/2 INCH THICK ROTI
  9. SPREAD SOME GARLIC BUTTER PASTE ON TOP
  10. SPREAD GRATED CHEESE ON ONE SIDE
  11. FOLD & SEAL LIKE THIS
  12. MARK WITH CUTS ON TOP
  13. GRILL ON A HOT TAVA ON SLOW HEAT
  14. COVER & COOK FROM BOTH SIDES TILL DONE, SERVE WITH KETCHUP OR DIP
