ABOUT Paneer with Curry Leaves RECIPE

We cook many types of paneer but this one is liked by me alot because I like the aroma of curry leaves. I had this dish in Mumbai, till then I often cook it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 250 gm
  2. Tomato 2 small
  3. Onion 1 large
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  5. Turmeric powder 3/4 teaspoon
  6. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Garam Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Salt 1 teaspoon
  9. Oil 100 ml
  10. Curry leaves 4 sticks

Instructions

  1. CUT THE PANEER INTO SMALL DICES.
  2. CHOP TOMATOES IN HAND CHOPPER.
  3. TAKE OUT CHOPPED TOMATOES IN A BOWL.
  4. NOW TAKE OUT ALL THE INGREDIENTS AT ONE PLACE.
  5. TAKE A WOK AND HEAT OIL, ADD CHOPPED ONION.
  6. IN THE MEAN TIME, CHOP CURRY LEAVES AND KEEP ASIDE.
  7. WHEN ONION TURN INTO GOLDEN COLOUR, ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE. SAUTÈ FOR TWO MINUTES.
  8. NOW ADD CHOPPED TOMATO PUREE AND ALL THE SPICES.
  9. ADD FEW CHOPPED CURRY LEAVES AND COOK FOR ONE MINUTE.
  10. ADD THE GREEN CHILLIES AND COVER THE LID AND COOK ON LOW FLAME FOR FIVE TO SEVEN MINUTES.
  11. NOW OPEN THE LID AND ADD PANEER DICES AND MIX WELL AND COOK FOR THREE TO FIVE MINUTES.
  12. AT THE END, SPRINKLE REMAINING CHOPPED CURRY LEAVES AND SERVE HOT WITH ROTI OR ZEERA RICE.
