  1. Minced chicken-150gms
  2. Boiled and mashed potato-2
  3. Onion-2 chopped
  4. Green chilli-2
  5. Curry leaves
  6. Chilli powder-2spn
  7. Chicken 65 powder- 2spn
  8. Turmeric powder-1 spn
  9. Garamasala-1 spn
  10. Salt- to taste
  11. Beaten egg-1
  12. Bread crumbs- 1/2 cup
  13. Oil- to deep fry

Instructions

  1. MINCED CHICKEN-200GMS, MASHED POTATO-2, CHOPPED ONION-2, GREEN CHILLI-2 & CURRY LEAVES
  2. CHILLI POWDER, CHICKEN 65 POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER, SALT AND GARAMASALA, GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  3. BEATEN EGG-1 AND 1/2CUP BREAD CRUMBS
  4. IN A BOWL ADD 150GM MINCED CHICKEN,2MASHED POTATOES,2 CHOPPED ONION,CHILLI AND CURRY LEAVES MIX WELL
  5. NEXT ADD SALT,GINGER GARLIC PASTE,2SPN CHILLI POWDER, TURMERIC AND CHICKEN POWDER, 1SPN GARAMASALA
  6. MIX EVERYTHING
  7. TAKE A LEMON SIZE BALL AND MAKE A CYLINDERICAL SHAPE OR ANY SHAPE
  8. KEEP IT ASIDE
  9. NEXT DIP IT IN BEATEN EGG AND COATING WITH BREADCRUMBS
  10. KEEP IT IN FREEZER FOR 1/2AND HOUR
  11. HEAT OIL AND FRY IT IN MEDIUM FLAME
  12. FLIP IT INBETWEEN
  13. WHEN IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN COLOR TRANSFER TO PLATE
