  1. Boil potatoes -7-8nos
  2. Oil for deep fry
  3. Rawa -1/2 cup
  4. Green chillies 5-6nos
  5. Salt -1tsp
  6. Astefoedia pinch of
  7. Chat masala
  8. Panchforan -1/2 tsp
  9. Water
  10. Bread slices-7,8

Instructions

  1. BOIL POTATOES 7-8NOS
  2. PEEL OFF
  3. MASH THE BOIL POTATOES , LET IT COMPLETELY COOL DOWN
  4. IN A HOT KADHAI ADD OIL, PANCHFORAN
  5. ADD ASTEFOEDIA
  6. CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES 5-6NOS
  7. ADD CHILLIES
  8. ADD 1TSP SALT IN BOILED MASH POTATOES
  9. ADD BOIL POTATOES IN OIL
  10. ADD CHAT MASALA
  11. FRY IT
  12. RAWA, BREAD SLICES ,WATER
  13. CHOPPED THE EDGE'S
  14. DIP IN WATER N SQUEEZE THE BREAD SLICES COMPLETELY
  15. ADD FRY POTATOES
  16. GIVE A ROUND GOOD SHAPE
  17. ROLL IN RAWA
  18. DEEP FRY IN OIL UTILL COLOUR CHANGES
  19. GOLDEN BROWN BREAD ROLL
  20. BREAD ROLLS
