Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bansi rava 1/2 cup
  2. Water 2 cup
  3. Sugar 1 cup
  4. Salt a pinch
  5. Ghee 2 tsp
  6. Cashews few
  7. Saffron string 8-10
  8. Raisins few
  9. Pineapple chunks 1 cup

Instructions

  1. FRY HALF CUP OF RAVA
  2. FRY TILL GOOD AROMA IN LOW FLAME
  3. TRANSFER INTO A PLATE
  4. HEAT GHEE AND FRY CASHEWS
  5. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  6. ADD SAFFRON STRANDS
  7. PINEAPPLE CHUNKS
  8. FRY TILL TENDER
  9. ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER, BRING IT TO BOIL
  10. ADD FRIED RAVA SLOWLY, STIR WELL TO AVOID LUMPS
  11. A PINCH OF SALT
  12. LET IT COOK WELL IN LOW FLAME
  13. ADD SUGAR, LET IT DISSOLVES
  14. RAISINS
  15. STIR AND COOK TILL IT LEAVES THE EDGES AND BOTTOM, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE
