ABOUT Gurda Kaleji Palak RECIPE

A rage for mutton eaters with gudness of fresh leafy spinach added with garam masala red chilli and cooked .goes great with rice roti naan ,healthy with ProteinPower packed.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3-4. Mutton Kaleji /liver pieces
  2. 2 -4 Gurda/kidney pieces
  3. 1 big bunch palak / Spinach
  4. 1 big onion chopped
  5. 1 big tomato chopped
  6. 1 tblspn ginger garlic paste
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1tspn garam masala
  9. 1/4 tsp haldi
  10. 1tspn red chilli powder as preffered hot or kashmiri
  11. 1/2 tspn zeera powder
  12. 1 tblspn ghee to baghar it

Instructions

  1. Wash kaleji gurda pieces
  2. Keep spinach wash cut ready
  3. Chop onions and tomatoes too
  4. Keep spices ready& 1 tblspn ginger garlic paste too
  5. Heat oil ,saute onions in hot oil
  6. Add ginger garlic paste
  7. Now add the spices ,salt mix well
  8. Add the kaleji gurda pieces now
  9. Add tomatoes now stir fry well
  10. Mix well
  11. Add the spinach now
  12. Add 1 cup water mix well and pressure cook 15 minutes
  13. Remove in bowl to serve
  14. Serve hot
