Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken 1/2 cup
  2. Onion 1
  3. Tomato 1 and half
  4. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  5. Garam masala 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  8. Chicken masala powder 2-3 tsp
  9. Salt as required
  10. Oil as required
  11. Grinding:::
  12. Onion 1
  13. Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
  14. Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  15. Pepper 1 tsp
  16. Cinnamon stick small

Instructions

  1. In cooker add chicken pieces.Cook for 2 whistles and set it aside.
  2. In pan heat little oil and fry the grinding ingredients separately.after grind into smooth.
  3. In another pan heat oil add onion.saute it well.after add ginger garlic paste.cook for 5 min.add tomato, turmeric powder,chilli or red chilli powder,chicken masala ,salt,Garam masala.
  4. Mix well.add grounded paste.and cook for 5-10 min.
  5. After add cooked chicken pieces and cook for 10-15 min in low flame.
  6. Spicy pepper Chicken Masala is ready to serve.
