  1. Atta- 1 cup
  2. Cow Desi ghee-500 gm
  3. Kamarkas-20 gm.
  4. Kishmish-150 gm.
  5. Kaju-200 gm.
  6. khuskhus-100 gm
  7. khuskhus-100 gm
  8. Chaar Magaz-20 gm.
  9. khuskhus-100 gm
  10. Saunth -50 gm.
  11. Desi khand- half k.g
  12. Ajwayen-1 tbspn.
  13. Shakker- 150 gm.
  14. Til- one tbspn.
  15. Akhroth-100 gm.
  16. Kalonji-50 gm.
  17. Gond-100 gm.
  18. Dry Coconut-100 gm.
  19. Suji-100 gm.
  20. Musli-100 gm.
  21. Dakhni Mirch-10 daane

Instructions

  1. Take half desi in a heavy kadai roaste All dry fruits and grind it.
  2. Take makhane, gaund roast in ghee and grind it.
  3. khuskhus, Nariyal ,saunth and kamarkus, Dakhni mirch,musli,til and Ajwayen roast. Mix all roasted ingredients.
  4. Add ghee put Atta and soouji raost on low flame till than brown. Add all the ingredients mix well mix desi khand.
  5. Make ladoo eat one with milk in winter in the morning for energy. Keep healthy.
  6. Ye panjiri Ladoo Hume India ki yaad dilate hei.
  7. Thank you better butter
