Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Healthmix powder - 1 cup
  3. Salt as required
  4. Water for kneeding
  5. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Mix whole wheat flour and healthmix powder in equal proportions.
  2. Add required salt, oil and kneed with required amount of water to form a dough and let it sit for 3 hours
  3. Make small balls out of dough and roll them into chapathi shape.
  4. Heat tawa and cook both sides and apply ghee and serve with side dish of choice.
