ABOUT BAKED RICOTTA CHEESE PLUM CAKE RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fresh paneer or ricotta cheese - 250 gm
  2. Khoya / solidified milk - 100 gm
  3. Fresh cream - 75 gm
  4. Green cardamom - 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Plam jaggery - 1/2 cup
  6. Ghee for grease the ramekin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 180℃ for 10 minutes .
  2. Take fresh paneer in a bowl and crumble it using your fingers .
  3. Mix the grated khoya in the paneer mixture and knead for 2 - 3 minutes or till the mixture smoothens completely .
  4. Add the fresh cream to the mixture and mix with a hand blender .
  5. Now add the cardamom powder and plum jaggery , mix well .
  6. Now take a ramekin and rub little ghee to grease them .
  7. Pour the ricotta cheese mixture into the ramekin very gently .
  8. Now bake the cake 180℃ for 20 minutes .
  9. Take out the ramekin of the oven and cool the paneer cake completely in room temperature .
  10. Serve and enjoyyyyyyyyy .
