ABOUT Cheesy bun with rissotto RECIPE

It's a burger bun with lots of veggies.every mom wants that children eats vegetables.I made it with some twist.Rissoto is made with bun& red whole dried red chilli instead of rice

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 6 burger buns
  2. 1/2 cup sweet corn
  3. 1/4 cup carrots
  4. 1/4 cup beans
  5. 1/4 cup sprouted green moong dal
  6. 1/2 cup red ,green capsicum
  7. 2 tsp garlic powder
  8. 2 tbsp Butter
  9. 1 tsp Salt
  10. 1/2 tsp red pepper powder
  11. 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
  12. For rissoto paste
  13. 4 soaked dry red chillies
  14. 2 tsp Lemon juice
  15. 2 tbsp olive oil
  16. 4-5 garlic cloves
  17. Remain of bun
  18. 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Soak red dry chilli in water for 30 min.
  2. Hollow the buns from centre with help of cookies cutter
  3. Don't throw remain of burger,it is used for risotto
  4. Take a pan & heat butter then add chopped carrots,beans,sprouted green moong dal& capsicum and corn .sauteed for 5 min,add garlic powder,chilli powder& salt
  5. Then make risotto paste ,grind all ingredients mentioned above
  6. Add 2-3 tsp water if required for consistency
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 min
  8. Firstly fill the veggies in bun
  9. Like this
  10. Then add risotto paste
  11. Covered with grated cheese
  12. Then bake it for 10 minutes at 200 degrees
  13. Serve & enjoy it
