Heat oil and ghee in a vessel, add chopped onion and fry till its golden brown in color. Then add haldi and washed chicken pieces, salt, mix it well and cook it for sometime. Next add green masala, white masala mix and cook it for sometime, add required amount of water and salt. Boil till the chicken is cooked.
