Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup puffed rajgira
  2. 2tbsp deseeded dates chopped
  3. 1 tbsp raisins chopped
  4. 4 to 5 dried figs chopped
  5. 1 tsp sunflower seeds roasted
  6. 1/2 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
  7. 1 drop vanila essence
  8. 1 tsp baking powder (optional)
  9. 1 tbsp olive or sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. In a heavy bottom vessel add some oil. Add all the ingredient one by one except vanilla essence
  2. Cook on low flame. Mixing gently. Cook till the mixure is blended well and comes together
  3. Transfer this mix into a plate. Wet ur palm. Take some mixure and make a shape of cookie
  4. Set in a plate. Keep it open for 2 hours
  5. Keep in an airtight container
