ABOUT Peanut-Coriander Chutney RECIPE

Peanut Coriander Chutney is a midly spicy chutney that is very easy to prepare and goes well with many indian snacks and dishes.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Green Coriander leaves -2 cup
  2. Peanuts-1 cup
  3. Lemon juice -2tbsp
  4. Green Chilli -2-3
  5. Ginger piece-1 inch
  6. Garlic-6-8
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First roast the peanuts in a pan, take it out and cool it Take a mixture grinder jar, add chopped coriander leaves, roasted peanuts, green chilli, ginger, garlic, salt, lemon juice and some water into it. Grind it well and make a fine paste.
  2. Taste the Chutney and add salt to taste and as per needed and further serve it.
