Watermelon rind halwa is an easy and delicious desert, is so yummy to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Watermelon rind grated- 1 cup
  2. Sugar - 1/4 tea spoon or as per your Taste
  3. Cardamom powder- 1/4 tea spoon
  4. Ghee- 2 tea spoon
  5. Chopped dry fruits for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take wok.
  2. Add grated watermelon rind to it.
  3. Cook until all the water is dried, keep stirring intermittently.
  4. When all water dries, add ghee to it.
  5. Roast it till colour starts changing. It will take 5-10 minutes.
  6. Now add sugar , cardamom powder
  7. Stir and cook till sugar completely dissolves.
  8. Garnish with dry fruits, serve hot.
