Apple, dates, cashew nuts, butter & multigrain wheat...a healthy tasty combination.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Apple...1
  2. Dates...10
  3. Multigrain wheat...1cup
  4. Semolina...1/2cup
  5. Milk...1cup
  6. Salt a pinch
  7. Vanilla essence...2drop
  8. Chopped cherry...2tspn
  9. Baking powder...1/2tspn

Instructions

  1. Take all ingredients.
  2. Make a paste of apple & dates.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix apple_dates paste, baking powder,wheat flour,semolina,salt , chopped cashew, cherry & vanilla essence.
  4. Add milk & make a smooth paste of it.
  5. Heat a appe pan, put some melted butter in each moulds & pour one tspn mixture in each moulds.
  6. Cook one side properly , then turn it & cook both side well.
  7. Now it's ready.
  8. A healthy tasty treat..can be served with some fresh fruits..
