Sweet and sour chutney ....makes a perfect and balanced chutney....have it with bread, poori, parantha, naan etc

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Raw Mango, peeled and chopped...250 gramms
  2. Plums ... 250 gramms
  3. Sugar ...250 gramms
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Black pepper powder...1 tea spoon
  6. Plums

Instructions

  1. Ingredients pic
  2. In a woke put raw mango cubed and 1 table spoon water and let it cook.for few.minutes
  3. Now add plums and cook it covered for five minutes
  4. Add sugar and let it cooked on low flame
  5. Do check it regularly so that it may not spill out
  6. Now add salt and black pepper powder and cook till required Consistency
  7. Cool, refrigerate and enjoy a healthy chutney
