Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cashew 3 tbsp
  2. Walnut 3tbsp
  3. Rasini 4tbsp
  4. Pistachios 1 tbsp
  5. Dates 20nos
  6. Poppy seeds 1/4tsp
  7. Melon seeds 1/2tbsp
  8. Chocolate oats 5tbsp
  9. Ghee 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Coarsely grind by giving pulse cashew,walnuts,melon seeds n pistachios
  2. Coarsely grind the dates
  3. Finely cut rasinis
  4. Place your fry pan and saute flavour oats fir a minute and Let it cool down
  5. In the same fry pan add 1/3 of ghee and roast grinded dry fruits
  6. Take 1/3of the ghee and sauté resinis for a minute and keep it aside
  7. Now add last batch of ghee and add poppy seeds and dates and let it cool down little
  8. Now grind the cool roasted oats into fine powder
  9. Now combine all ingridents and form a dough
  10. Take small portion size of goose berry and roll it in round shape keeping in between of your both palms
  11. Repeat the process with rest of the batch
  12. Now your healthy dry fruits,dates oats ladoo is ready to serve
  13. Can be stored in air tight container for 15days
