yummy, tasty pua with banana and chillled ice cream.

Ingredients Serving: 4

maida 1.5 cup
sugar 1 cup
suji [semolina] 1/2 cup
milk 2 cup
oil 2 cup for frying
Cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp
Banana 1 mashed
almond 1 tbsp for garnishing
ice cream 2 scoops

Instructions

In a bowl, add warm milk and sugar. Mix it well till sugar dissolves completely.
Add semolina in milk and mix it well. Add all-purpose flour and mix it well. Add banana and mix it well.
Add cardamom powder and mix it well. Keep it aside for 60 minutes.
After 60 minutes, mix it once again.
In a pan add oil and heat it. Pour some batter into a pan and fry the pua till it turns golden brown on low flame.
Fry all the Pua with the same procedure.
Yummy, sweet and crispy Bihari pua is ready to be served.
Garnish it with chopped almonds. served with ice cream.
