Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 CUP makki ka aata
  2. 1 cup finely chopped Methi
  3. salt as per taste
  4. Warm water for kneading
  5. Ajwain as per taste
  6. Deshi ghee 2 tbsp or more

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and make a soft dough with the help of warm water.
  2. Pull out dough balls for making the roti.
  3. Roll out the roti using the rolling pin, roast on a hot roti tawa adding ghee.
  4. Roast till slightly browned on both sides. Serve hot.
