Grind tomatoes, coconut & red chillies to a fine paste. Chop the onions.
Heat oil in a pan
To this add curry leaves, chopped onions *& green chillies. Saute till the onions turn pink
Once the onion turns pink, add the dry spices like turmeric, red chilli, coriander & cumin powders
Next add the tomato coconut puree & mix
Next add the ginger garlic paste
Cook this until the tomatoes & masala is cooked well & oil separates.
Once the oil separates, add the prawns & saute on high flame for 3 minutes.
Then add half glass water & bring it to a boil.
Cover the pan & cook for 10-12 minutes.
Adjust salt & add fresh coriander.
Serve hot with chawal ki roti & steamed rice.
