ABOUT Nutrela Soya Makkai Pakkora RECIPE

Pakora or Pakoda are basically indian fritters made with gram flour. pakoras are fried, crisp snacks made with different veggies

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup treated* Nutrela high protein Soya granules
  2. 1 cup fresh corn
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 6 tbsp besan
  5. ½ tsp cumin powder
  6. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  7. 2 tsp chopped ginger
  8. 2 tsp chopped garlic
  9. 2 chopped green chilli
  10. 2tsp amchur powder
  11. 1 cup milk
  12. Salt and oil

Instructions

  1. First fry ginger- garlic and mix corn & salt to it.
  2. Now add milk to get a creamy texture and allow it to cool when cooked.
  3. Then add treated* Nutrela granules, onion, green chillies, cumin powder, amchur powder and coriander leaves to it.
  4. Now mix in besan for binding, Make even sized balls with hand & fry.
