A delicious American dessert which includes yogurt , fruits , lots of nuts , condensed milk. Rich dessert prepared in few minutes . A treat to eyes and tummy as well . An wholesome healthy kid friendly dessert .

Ingredients Serving: 2

Pomegranate big sized 2
Yogurt 250 grams
Avocado big sized fruit 1
Sweetened condensed milk 4 tablespoons
Walnuts 50 grams finely chopped
Pistachios skin removed 50 grams

Instructions

Cut an avocado into two halves . Discard the seed . Scoop out the ripened flesh of the fruit .
In a blender , add the scooped out avocado flesh , 4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk and blend to a smooth thick smoothie . It shouldn’t be watery or runny . Should be able to scoop like ice cream . Tats the perfect consistency .
Let’s layer the parfait .
Take a serving glass , start layering from bottom to top .
The first layer from bottom is chopped walnuts. Add the chopped walnuts .
Secondly , fresh yogurt with zero water . Scoop and layer in the serving glass .
Third layer is the prepared avocado condensed milk smoothie .
Next comes pomegranates . Do mount pomegranate pearls generously .
Top it up with chopped pistachios and walnuts .
Do the same layering procedure in the second jar too .
Refrigerate and serve chill .
A delicious colourful rich parfait is ready to relish .
