Thee are so many varieties of recipes you could turn out with a pack of pancake mix. If you find yourself left with a box of pancake mix leftover after preparing pancakes for your kids and they dont want any more pancakes, dont despair.

Ingredients Serving: 4

1 cup pancake flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup yogurt
3tbsp melted butter
1/3 cup of dried cranberries or your choice
2 tbsp of melted chocolate.

Instructions

Mix all ingredients slowly, make a cake batter and pour into a suitable cake tin .
Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.
It should come clean. after the cake cools down you can use the melted chocolate to glaze the top.
