Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. garlic focaccia bread -500 gms loaf
  2. pesto sauce-50gms
  3. pasta sauce-30gms
  4. extra virgin olive oil-few teaspoons
  5. balsamic vinegar-few teaspoons
  6. mini bocconcini/small mozzarella cheese-10-12pcs
  7. sundries tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cut slices from focaccia bread in small toast size and dry toast it on a pan till its little crispy.
  2. Assemble it in a plate in a presentable formation
  3. Spread some pasta sauce(tomato basil flavour) on the bread.
  4. Add some sundried tomatoes-2-3 pcs
  5. Add some crumbled bocconcini cheese on it
  6. Add some pesto sauce over it about half teaspoon.
  7. Add few drops of balsamic vinegar on top and sprinkle some extra virgin olive oil.
  8. Serve it.
