ABOUT sandwich pizza RECIPE

Everybody loves pizza and this is a sandwich inspired by the Italian pizza, a yummy snack for everyone.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. pizza base 1
  2. Mixed veggies 1 cup (onion,tomato,bell peppers, corns,cabbage) all finely chopped
  3. grated cheese 1/2 cup
  4. oregano and chilli flakes [as per taste]
  5. pizza sauce 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Slit the base, from middle all the way. Then apply 1 tbsp sauce on both.
  2. Now, in a mixing bowl add the chopped veggies and about the rest of the sauce left along with required amount of salt, mix well.
  3. Then place the veggies between the bases then top with oregano and chilli flakes and then cheese. Grill this in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius, for 15-20 minutes until crispy enough. Serve hot.
