Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For empanadas dough
  2. Maida 3-4 cup
  3. Baking soda. 1/2 teasppon
  4. Salt. 1/2 teasppon
  5. Dried oregano 1 teaspoon
  6. Olive oil. 2 tablespoons
  7. Water as per the knneld
  8. Parmessan 1 cup
  9. Mozzarella 1 cup
  10. For the filling
  11. Soya minced 2-3 cups
  12. Onions. 2 finely chopped
  13. Capsicum 1 finely chopped
  14. Lettuce 2 leaves finely chopped
  15. Green peas boiled. 1 cup
  16. Garlic finely chopped. 1
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
  19. Chilli flakes. 1 teaspoon
  20. Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
  21. Black pepper powder. 1 teaspoon
  22. Mayonise 3. Tablespoons
  23. Mustard sause 1 teaspoon
  24. For presentation
  25. Corn fully blanced
  26. Soya sause
  27. Sezwaan sause
  28. Tomotoo ketcup
  29. For salad
  30. Onion chopped
  31. Lettuce chopped
  32. Carrots chopped
  33. Mayonise

Instructions

  1. Firstly for the dough take all the dried ingredients in the bowl and mix them properly , then add water n olive oil in it & bind it well .
  2. Later let it rest for around 20 minutes till then boil the soya minced & chop all the vegetables .
  3. Later once the minced soya are boiled remove all the excessive water and ensure no water is left .
  4. Take a sauce pan add olive oil in it & garlic in it .
  5. Then add onions & let them cook until golden brown
  6. Later add capsicums & other vegetables in the pan ,let them cook .
  7. Once they are cook add all the herbs ,flakes and sauces, mix them well .
  8. And turn the heat off .
  9. Make sheets from the dough and fill the filling once warm & add cheese in it .
  10. And then fry them until golden & crispy ...
  11. For presentation use corn & boil them later add seasonings according to your wishes
  12. For salad mix all the things in one bowl & mix ...
