It is an Italian receipe very eassy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chiken - 250grams
  2. Onion - 1thinly sliced
  3. Tomato - 1
  4. Dry red chillies - 2
  5. Ginger/garlic paste - 2tablespoon
  6. Chiken masala - 2tablespoon
  7. Oil - 2tablespoon
  8. Green chillie - 1-2
  9. Cumin & corrainder powder - 2tablespoon
  10. Water - 1cup
  11. Red chillie powder - 1tablespoon
  12. Cilantro - For garnishing
  13. Cheese - For garnishing(optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pan add oil than add onion saute it.
  2. Than add tomato add saute mix well.
  3. Add dry red chillie and chiken.
  4. Add g/g paste ,red chillie powder and chiken masala.
  5. Add cumin & corrainder powder cook it untill the oil gets separated.
  6. Add water and cook untill the chiken is done.
  7. Add cilantro and green chillies.
  8. Add cheese if you want.
