Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maida 100 gm
  2. Wheat flour 100 gm
  3. Milk powder 1 tbs
  4. Instant yeast 1 tsp
  5. Sugar 1 tsp
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Butter or ghee 2 tbs
  8. Water 1 cup
  9. For Stuffing
  10. Butter 1 tbs
  11. Olive oil 1 tbs
  12. Chili flakes
  13. Oregano 1 tsp
  14. Grated garlic 1 tbs
  15. Rosemary 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and mix melted butter 1 tbs, Olive oil 1 tbs, grated garlic, salt, chilli flakes, oregano and rosemary in it and mix it.
  2. In a bowl take both flour, salt and milk powder. Make a well in the center of the flour add instant yeast, sugar in it add lukewarm water in the well cover the bowl with lid for 2 minutes to activate the yeast.
  3. Mix the yeast mixture and flour well . Start kneading the dough by adding water to it.
  4. Add 2 tbs butter or ghee for smoothing the dough knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  5. Now place this dough into a greased bowl and cover it with cling wrap or wet cloth. Let it rest until it doubles in volume.
  6. Once dough doubles in size, take it out and punch it to release the air.
  7. Roll the dough into a sheet 1/2" thickness.
  8. Greased the baking tray place the rolled dough on the baking tray spread butter and Olive oil stuffing mixture evenly.
  9. Flip from one side to make a semi-circle. Now brush remaining stuffing mixture on the top.
  10. Seal the bread open edges with fork. Put cut on the bread to make sticks.
  11. Preheat the oven at 200*c for 10 minutes.
  12. Place the pan in the oven and bake it for 20 minutes at 200*c.
