Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 11/4 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
  3. 1/4 cup grated carrots
  4. 1tbsp Green chilli paste
  5. 1tsp Ginger garlic paste
  6. 1tsp Turmeric
  7. 1tbsp Red chilli powder
  8. 1tbsp Coriander and cumin powder
  9. 1tbsp seasame seeds
  10. 1tbsp Sugar
  11. 1tbsp Lemon juice
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. In a pan plate take Cabbage, Carrot,all the masalas, seasome seeds,sugar, lemon juice and 2tbsp oil.
  2. Mix it well.
  3. Add wheat flour to it.
  4. With the help of water make a soft dough. Cover it and rest for just 5 mins.
  5. Make small balls from the dough.
  6. Roll small chapati.
  7. Put some oil and shallow fry all the theplas.
  8. Serve with tomato ketchup or curd.
