ABOUT Raw Banana Pops RECIPE

A fabulous tea-time snack, made with raw bananas.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 5 no.s - Raw bananas (boiled
  2. N mashed)
  3. 3 no.s - Potatoes (boiled n mashed)
  4. 1 cup - chopped coriander leaves
  5. 3 no.s - green chillies chopped
  6. Few mint leaves
  7. 1 tsp - Jeera powder
  8. 1/2 tsp - Amchoor powder
  9. 1/3 tsp- Red chilly powder
  10. 1 tbsp - khoya
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Refined oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add boiled mashed raw bananas and potatoes.
  2. Now add khoya & mix well.
  3. Add all the masalas now and give it a good mix.
  4. all the herbs & green chillies.
  5. Shape them as desired.
  6. Now refrigerate them for 30 minutes.
  7. Heat oil & deep fry them in hot oil, on a medium heat.
  8. Serve hot with mint chutney.
