Egg Whites 6
Milk 2 tbsp
Carrot chopped in bite sized pieces. 1
Onion chopped fine 1
Capsicum chopped bite sized 1/2
Cauliflower florets chopped in small pieces. 2 tbsp
Purple Cabbage Chopped 2 tbsp
Spinach chopped 2 tbsp
Green chilli chopped 2 / green chilli paste
Garlic minced ( optional) 1 tbsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Seasoning of your choice.
For homemade Pasta ( optional)
Wheat flour balls 2
Water to boil pasta
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
To make it non vege.
Leftover chicken 1/2 cup ( optional)
Instructions
Heat oil in a heavy bottom non-stick pan.
Add chopped.onions.
Saute for a minute. Add Chopped veges
Saute, add garlic if you are adding.
Simultaneously heat water in a pan. Roll your roties.cut in stripes.
Add oil and salt in boiling water , add stripes and let it boil for 1 minute. Strain in colander , let them cool a little.
Add Chopped Spinach to the veges. Adjust salt. Add chillies.
Add pepper to your taste. Season with seasoning of your taste.
Add milk to egg whites.
Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
Now add your boiled pasta if adding.
Flatten the veges in the pan. Pour egg whites over it.
Let it cook covered on medium heat for 3 minutes. Than turn the heat to low.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or till well Cooked.
Your Egg white flat bread is ready to eat.
Have it with Tomato ketchup or a cup of coffee / black coffee.
