Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Sprouted Green Gram - 1 cup
  2. Onion - 1/4 cup chopped
  3. Capsicum - 1/4 cup chopped
  4. Tomato - 1/4 cup chopped
  5. Spring Onion chopped - 1/2 tablespoon
  6. Lettuce leaves - 1/2 tablespoon
  7. Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoon
  8. Pepper powder - 1/4 tablespoon
  9. Olive Oil - 2 tablespoon
  10. Sugar - 2 tablespoon
  11. Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix sprouted green gram,chopped onions,capsicum,tomato,spring onions and lettuce.
  2. Top it with Olive oil,tomato sauce,vinegar,sugar,pepper and salt.
  3. The healthy sprouted salad is ready to be served.
