ABOUT Jackfruit Seeds Curry RECIPE

The seeds of jackfruit made in fresh grounded masala and boiled potatoes tastes very good as a side dish with steamed rice.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Jackfruit seeds 250gm
  2. Boiled potatoes 2
  3. Medium sized tomatoes 2
  4. Medium sized onion 2
  5. Garlic pods 3
  6. Ginger 1inch piece
  7. Salt 1/2 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1/2tsp
  10. Cumin powder 1/2tsp
  11. Red chilli powder 1/
  12. Kitchen king 1/2 tsp
  13. Water 1cup
  14. Refined oil 2tbs

Instructions

  1. Boil seeds and peel.
  2. Make a fine paste of onion, ginger and garlic.
  3. Cut tomatoes in halves and grate it.
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai, add masala paste, cook a little, then add all dry masala ingredients to it and cook.
  5. When oil separes, add grated tomatoes and cook.
  6. Add boiled seed cut into halves along with potatoes piece.
  7. Mix well, cover and cook it s little.
  8. Add water and let it boil.
  9. Curry is ready. Serve it hot.
