It is a very healthy smiothie. Papaya has very nutrition qualities which are very much beneficial to our health. Serve it as a drink or in breakfast. Papaya is rich in fibre and contains vitamin c. Which helps in boosting immunity.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Papaya chopped 1 cup
  2. milk 1 cup
  3. Honey 2 tablespoon
  4. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  5. Almonds 2 chopped

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a mixer.
  2. Blend it till it becomes smooth. Serve chilled.
  3. Your papaya smoothie is ready.
