This chutney was taught to me by my neighbour from Goa.
In a food processor place fresh coconut, green chillies, garlic, tamarind paste, salt and sugar. With the help of little water grind and make a smooth paste.
Transfer the chutney in a serving bowl.
For tempering heat oil, add mustard seeds when it start to crackle add curry leaves and pour over the chutney and stir.
