1- 2 Sweet potatoes
Salt - As required
1/2tablespoon - Pepper powder
Oil - 2tablespoon
Cold water - 2 or 3 cups

Instructions

Peel the sweet potatoes & grate them in cold water keep it in cold water for about 10minutes.
Remove it from water squeeze the excess water & pat dry it.
In a pan add oil n sweet potatoe adf salt & pepper.
Cook it for about 5 mins per side make into round shape than turn it & cook another side.
Tadaah its ready enjoy it with ketchup.
