Its my grandmother's recipe...skin i.e peels of banana has also nutritional value and it's tasty too ...no onion no tomato garlic recipe

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Skin of 4 raw bananas
  2. Carrom seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Asoefodia 1/4 teaspoon
  4. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Dry raw mango powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Oil 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Wash and finely chopped banana skins
  2. Put oil in a pan on medium heat
  3. Add asoefodia and carrom seeds
  4. Add banana skins
  5. Add turmeric powder
  6. Add salt
  7. Add all the dry spices
  8. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover with a lid for 2..3 minutes
  9. Stir fry for 2 minutes Ready to serve with chapati
