ABOUT Banana ladoo RECIPE

A yummy ladoo made with bananas, a perfect after dinner desert for everyone.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Mashed ripe banana - 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour - 2 cup
  3. Sugar powder - 1 cup
  4. Ghee / clarified butter - 1 cup
  5. Til / sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
  6. Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
  7. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee / clarified butter in a wok.
  2. Add wheat flower and stir fry continuously until golden brown.
  3. Add til / sesame seeds and stir fry.
  4. Add mashed banana and stir fry.
  5. Add sugar powder.grated coconut and cardamom powder and mix well.
  6. Switch off the gas and shape it into ladoo.
